As there was a tie when I checked the vote – first in living memory in fact – I feel it behoves me to talk about both anger and despair and to include alcohol as well, for it doesn’t take a highly deductive mind to notice the obvious links between them.

So hopefully this will turn out to be a bumper offering of three for the price of one. Let’s see how my fingertips take me/us. It’s always a mystery until it happens.

And perhaps that’s the first point.
