When you break it right down, absolute entropy, or inertness, equates to death or nothingness. Excitement, excitation of the particles and waves comprising you and the energetic field of your existence, equates to life, to being alive. Being alive then comprises excitation at the sub-atomic level all the way up to the level of the manifest illusion you think of as your everyday/every-year life.
