Press here with thumb of opposite hand for 30 seconds on each wrist, to induce tranquillity, calmness, confidence, courage and sleep (when required). Calms tachycardia (racing heartbeat) and palpitations, quells panic attacks. Only recommended when required – it takes approximately 10 minutes to work in a similar fashion to taking a tranquilliser.
