Accessing the subconscious is mostly about being able to direct your attention to the base of the midbrain region. Once you’re able to ‘be’ there, it automatically opens the door.
However this is tricky for most, as the front-brain is so busy and alluring with all its swirl of locally-referenced thoughts, it’s hard to get behind it.
So to make it easier, press the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and circle it nine times in each direction. You’ll notice a tingle occur and a sort of tightening occurring around the root of the tongue.
Now take your attention a bit behind where you’re feeling that tightening and press in with a finger into the middle of the base of the skull. At the same time, press the tongue hard up against the roof of the mouth and if you’re doing all that correctly, all your focus will now be at the base of the midbrain.
Now all you have to do is remember to retain it there the rest of the day and you’ll be so fully at one with your own subconscious, there’ll truly be no questions and no answers.
You’ll have no need for either because you’ll simply know what to do every step of the way.
