What a balancing act it is. Then again, what isn’t?

The Taoist approach to good balancing is not even to concentrate on how well you’re balancing the relevant bits but instead to increase balancing skills as a general focus, namely by bending one knee and standing on that leg, the empty foot of the other leg held a few inches off the floor. Do this in absolute serenity and stillness for 30 seconds on each leg, while breathing freely and slowly, four times a day and your ability to balance everything and anything will increase notably.
