There's a place you can get to inside when you've taken your foot off the brake for long enough to glide through the traffic of life like a dolphin on wheels, when even though the traffic is heavy and snarled (the pressures of life are intense), you can still find yourself relaxed and rolling with it without resisting too much. This can only happen when you override self-pity and resentment about life not being perfect. And you can only do that when you're willing to trust the benevolence of the road. So even stuck in its traffic, you acknowledge this is where you're meant to be - even inundated by external pressures, you give thanks for simply being here to experience it all.
Breathe in. Look your life within and around you at your life now. Say thank you.
