The universe wants you to love being alive

Remember the Tao, the Great Way, the Presence, the God or whatever you want to call it, wants your life to be easy for you – it wants you to enjoy being alive because that way it gets to enjoy itself through you.

That’s the reason it manifests itself as you in the first place.

Your part is merely to relax your belly and all the rest of you and allow the chi, the life-force to flow freely through your channels as you breathe slowly in and out and to desist from generating obstruction by letting go of the illusion of obstruction in your mind.
